Welcome! Hop in the gondola to take a ride up the mountain to Exit 19: Santa's castle!

Santa asked me to design the new badge, and he wanted it to look really cold - like it was frosty.

It can be hard when things are twirly. There are tools that can help!

It also helps to select the correct twirly area.

Solution

You will need the image from the billboard in the Staging area.

This can then be loaded in to https://www.photopea.com/: File → Open

Once it is loaded, use the Polygonal Lasso Select (see the top left corner in the image below) to select the List. The selection can be seen as the dotted line.

Then go to the menu and select Filter → Distort → Twirl... This will open a the dialogue shown below. Change the Angel slider until you can read the list.

Answer

So Josh Wright is going to get a "Proxmark" for Christmas.
